With a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Temple University and later pursuing a master’s degree in Multicultural Education from Eastern University, Kalonji is a multi-faceted Realtor®. He is passionate about continued self-improvement. Having taken online classes at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Corporate Finance, Kalonji continues to take advantage of opportunities to educate himself to remain ahead of his competition. This type of know-how helps him to better serve his clients when he is evaluating the time value of money and how it affects his clients’ bottom line. 

As a seasoned and educated real estate professional with over 20 years of acquisition, renovation and field experience, Kalonji approaches every transaction with a client-centered focus in the hopes of exceeding expectations. Keilah is originally from Kentucky and went to college at Mercer University in Tucker, Georgia where she has received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. After her graduation, she worked at her family’s title company where she has obtained her foundational knowledge of real estate. Keilah has been living in DC for over four years. She is licensed in MD, VA, and DC. Her clients truly value Keilah’s insight into the market and her straight forward and honest approach.




With over 10 years of Real Estate experience and having placed keys in the hands of nearly 2000 clients, Addi is no novice when it comes to homes in the DMV. Being a DC native and enthusiast, she prides herself on having a wealth of market knowledge about the area, coupled with the luxury of having seen the city evolve over time. Addi has an ability for simplifying the real estate process and customizing each client experience to fit their wants and needs seamlessly. 

Addi earned her Bachelor of Degree in Business Management from Hampton University in 2010, which lends tremendously to her ability to negotiate and market for her clients. In her free time, Addi enjoys travelling, playing with her dogs Missy and Hazel, working out and spending quality time with her close friends and family.

Gabrielle Richardson was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. After graduating from Syracuse University with a degree in bioengineering, Gabrielle pursued a career in financial technology but quickly realized her talents and passions called for a different path. 


Over the course of her childhood, and into her young adult years, Gabrielle had a front row seat to the world of property ownership through the various investments of her grandfather and father. She always knew she wanted to continue the legacy and real estate felt like the ideal first step in that direction. 


Gabrielle Richardson is a licensed realtor in Maryland and a member of The Foreman Properties Group. To Gabrielle, a “home is not a place… it’s a feeling” and she strives to ensure every client not only steps into a new house but enters with the keys to their future. 


Real estate is what Gabrielle does, but not who she is. An educator at heart, Gabrielle dedicates herself to absorbing a plethora of knowledge to educate and empower her community. With over a decade of experience in Sales, Marketing and Real Estate, Mindy Skelly has developed a reputation as the savvy real estate professional in the New York Tri-State and DMV areas. Mindy is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh, where she received her BA in Urban Studies – Nonprofit Management. Shortly after, she obtained a dual MA/MBA in International Business from Seton Hall University, as well as, a certificate in Project Management from Baruch College.


Mindy has successfully been able to leverage her management and consulting expertise to build a blossoming real estate career. She has a long record of successfully guiding buyers and sellers navigate through seamless real estate transactions.

Gianna Manzella is a Buffalo, NY native who has made Washington, DC her home for the past decade. She attended school in DC, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communications, and has since become a licensed Realtor® working throughout DC, MD and VA. Gianna specializes in residential sales and rentals, working with first time buyers, seasoned buyers, sellers, investors and renters.

By nature Taj is an innate researcher that has a passion for finding all things to be found.  One day a friend jokingly asked Taj to help find her dream home. As she started surfing the web, Taj stumbled upon the Zillow website.  Intrigued by the pictures she could access, Taj wanted to see and know more about the real estate market. However, with only basic access, Taj was able to help her friend identify a property she loved and eventually closed on. The confidence Taj’s friend had in her as a “finder” sparked Taj’s interest in pursuing her license as a real estate sales agent. 


When Taj is not feverishly working…she enjoys writing poetry, vintage shopping and giving back to the community where she currently serves as a board member for a non-profit organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged families.
